Srinivasa Rao leads the Risk Advisory Services viz., Forensics and Cyber practice.

Srinivasa brings over 20 years of forensic experience within a career spanning more than 25 years. He has worked on more than 1000 forensic engagements across sectors.

His expertise includes managing complex forensic assignments for multinational corporations, domestic companies, law firms, and regulators in India, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, and Ghana.

Srinivasa's forensic expertise comprises investigations including but not limited to fraud & misconduct, conflict of interest, financial statement fraud, collusion, price / bid rigging, unethical business practices, regulatory and compliance reviews, FCPA review, fraud risk management, dispute resolution assistance, anti-money laundering reviews, due diligence for senior management hires, integrity and background check on stakeholders.

Prior to this role, Srinivasa held positions at global consulting firms, including KPMG, PwC, and BDO. He is an eminent speaker on forensics at domestic and global forums and has authored numerous articles on forensics and risk management.
