He has global business expertise and exposure, involving businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asian countries.
Rajib has over 25 years of experience in Sustainability, Developmental/Social Responsibility (SR) and allied services, of which over 15 years has been with prominent consulting firms such as Deloitte, Ernst & Young, DNV, and Grant Thornton, where he held leadership positions.
He has conducted more than 400 investment-related audits focusing on Economics and ESG/Sustainability, and over 200 audits that center on Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Social aspects.
Rajib's expertise notably extends to the realm of 'blue ocean strategy.' Some of his innovative business concepts have not only driven substantial growth in the practices he has overseen but have also generated significant revenues for the sustainability profession in India.
