Over a rich career spanning over 20 years, he spent over 16 years with renowned Big 4 firms, including PwC and KPMG, and 4 years at IBM.

He has successfully undertaken projects in Central and State Government bodies, as well as various other sectors, including automotive, entertainment, retail, and pharmaceuticals.

Pankaj has collaborated with leading financial services institutions in India, including major banks such as SBI, BOB, Kotak Mahindra, and others, capital market entities, insurance providers, non-banking financial companies, and institutions like NSDL and SBI Capital Market.

Pankaj's global footprint includes significant experience in SAARC nations like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and regions in South Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
