Asgar Naqvi

Asgar is an expert at planning and executing diverse infrastructure projects such as water supply & sanitation, urban & industrial infrastructure, MSME & investment promotion activities across economic sectors. He has worked extensively across various states in India and internationally with governments of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Malaysia and Canada. He has also worked with multilateral and bilateral funded projects like World Bank, ADB, USAID, USTDA, JICA.

Asgar has 20 years of extensive experience in conceptualizing and detailing PPP, DBOOT, BOOT, EPC, service contracts, and management contract structuring for large-scale infrastructure projects.

With significant experience in designing and implementation of water & wastewater projects, Asgar has hands-on experience in institutionalization and implementation of numerous Government of India's Flagship programs such as Namami Gange, Smart City Mission, JnNURM, AMRUT, Jal Jeevan Mission, Operations Greens, Mega Food Parks, etc.

Currently Asgar heads the infrastructure consulting business with the firm as part of the Government Advisory team.
